Hello, I’m glad you’re here.
As human beings, we all face challenges in our lives where we need help sorting out the complexities, and therapy can be an excellent choice to address those obstacles. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with extensive experience working with couples and individuals. I will help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, non-judgment, understanding, and deep appreciation for the intricacies of interpersonal dynamics. Together, we can identify the barriers and access the deep source of wisdom, compassion, and resilience within so that you can live life in full agency and in loving, mutually supportive, and satisfying relationships.
As a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist, I am familiar with the intricate web of intergenerational and multicultural dynamics that shape our relationships. My journey has provided a profound appreciation for the complexities of human connections, especially for those navigating between cultures.
My role is to support you on this transformative journey, drawing from my education, extensive clinical training, knowledge gained from countless hours of sitting with clients, and my own deeply lived experiences. Combined with over 30 years of corporate experience and insight, I can provide a rare blend of professional expertise and deep personal understanding. I believe that you deserve and possess the capacity to live a genuinely fulfilling, authentic, and liberating life with spaciousness, ease, and joy.
