Hello, I’m glad you’re here.
As human beings, we all encounter challenges when life feels overwhelming, and we need support in making sense of its complexities. Therapy can be a powerful space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples navigating significant life transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and non-judgment with a deep respect for the emotional and relational systems that shape our lives. Together, we can identify the patterns and barriers that keep you stuck while accessing your inherent wisdom, resilience, and capacity for meaningful change, so you can live with greater agency and cultivate relationships that feel loving, mutual, and deeply satisfyin
My work is informed by a nuanced understanding of how family of origin, culture, identity, and lived experience shape our inner world and relational dynamics. I bring a thoughtful, integrative lens to therapy, especially for clients navigating complex interpersonal, intergenerational, or multicultural experiences. This perspective allows me to honor both where you come from and who you are becoming.
I support clients through this transformative process by drawing from my education, extensive clinical training, and insights from countless hours spent sitting with people in their most vulnerable moments, alongside my own deeply lived experiences. With over 30 years of professional experience in corporate and relational systems, I offer a rare blend of clinical expertise and real-world understanding. I believe that you possess the capacity to live a fulfilling, authentic, and liberating life that is marked by spaciousness, ease, connection, and joy. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that truth and intentionally create the life and relationships you deserve.
